This is a Tommy player model with him dressed as one of the assassins, which is used in the opening cinematic sequence. The developers pushed/pulled the face a little bit to make the assassin model look slightly different from the default player model, but I am fairly certain that they are the same. The side by side screen shot is of the original assassin face texture and the default Tommy face texture that I substituted. Replace the files in your gta3.img archive named player.dff and player.txd with the ones from this mod using IMG Tool or something similar. Put the assassin skin in your "skins" folder.
