CHANGELOG : Lots of have been improved, even if its not mention down here.
1. New Revamed Timecyc, better enviorment lightning. Much bether thant previous 1.0
2. Increased (FPS) Frames Per Second
3. Tweaked Police Lights - more realistic look
4. Fixed White Sky Bug
5. Stable Weather system, now you can easily change the weather without the ELS becomes too bright or blurry.
6. DO NOT SWTICH TO " EXTRASUNNY2" in THE TRAINER, IT WILL CAUSE THE GAME TO CRASH. i have no idea what causes it :X but stay away from extrasunny2.
