Hello guys........
by using this mod u dont have to buy tattoos.......cuz in the torso image tattoo is already given......i know its hard to understand......but try it......i assure u......u dont will be having problems.......
Installation:-
first.....extract all the files....
U must have any IMG editor.......
then open GTA SA/models/player.IMG
there are 5 files
find & replace player_torso.txd with any of the 5 "torso with tatto" file
..............................ENJOY
