Description
This is an enhanced version of my original Thunderstorm Brownout. In other words its darker and more life like except for those damn traffic light which i still dont know how to turn off. Again just set weather to lightning and then time at 12:00noon. If this one is too dark then please tell me and i will fix it! If anyone knows how to turn off the traffic lights please tell!
