It's just a color mod for taxi, taxi2, bus and trash vehicle and also tour helicopter.
Those vehicles will appear in the game with differnet color include the default color.
In sreenshot taxi2 and bus are modified. You'll see GTA V taxi and trash color.
** Installation**
Just copy the carcols.dat and paste to Rockstar Games/ Grand Theft Auto IV/ common/ data folder. Thats it...
Note: First make backup of your carcols.dat
Start your game..... enjoy...!!!!! :D
