HOW TO INSTALL
Go to your GTA IV Folder most likely Program Files/Rockstar Games/Gta iv or Grand theft auto iv.. or if you use steam go to steamapps
Go to common/data then drag WeaponInfo.xml then click 'Move and Replace'
