Description
What this mod makes L.C. have a realistic NYC feel by 1) Adding more pedesrians 2) Adding more 'Foot Patrol" police officers 3) Adding more traffic. Please comment how you think this is. Also in "The Triangle" there are LOTS of cops. No more terrorism.
