I thought the Molotov cocktails in GTA IV were kind of disappointing, so i just tweaked a few things and made the a lil more dangerous ;) (more flames over a bigger area) ENJOY! INSTALL DIRECTIONS: place the explosionFx.dat file into GrandTheftAutoIV/common/data/effects and thats all!
