No need to use a population mod that replaces the game's original file 'popcycle.dat' because this script does the same thing without even replacing!
Press F9 to change car & ped density to low.
Press F10 to change car & ped density to high.
Press F11 to change car & ped density to very high.
Press F12 to change car & ped density to normal.
Tested on patch 1.0.7.0
