This is a Metallica themed reskin, noted by the shirt and the pants, It is kinda bad But i'll improve it later on.
HOW TO INSTALL:
1.Open IMG tool
2.Open "gta3.img"
3.Find "wmybmx.txd"
4.Replace it
5.Enjoy!
