I was trying to find a NYPD version of the Police Stockade for my Vehicle Pack but I didn't find any.. Then I opened up the .wtd file and found the "template" inside it. I removed the LCPD texts and replaced them with NYPD ones. Also, yes I know that there are some white backgrounds on some of the texts but I just couldn't find a way to fix that...
