Hello all,
This is my first GTA mod.
I'm no stranger to modding and help run a small community of modders for Dead Rising 2. I have been around this site for a while and decided to start contributing. First mod so please be gentle.

MGS1 is one of my all time favorites so I thought it would be appropriate as a debut.
GTA 4 only. May work for EFLC, not sure
