i made this mod years a go but i didn't have the time
to upload it and share it with you people,so there it is
,hope you people like it ^_^.

1 Ok run OpenIV go to C:Program Files (x86)Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IVpcmodelscdimages
and replace the file( radar.img)with the 1 i made.(rebuil)
2 Ok run OpenIV go to C:Program Files (x86)Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IVpctextures
and replace the file(frontend_360.wtd, hud.wtd, blips.wtd, radio_hud_noncolored.wtd)
with the 1 i made.(rebuil)
3 open the game and have fun ^_^
