This is nothing special but just a conversion of the strooper from the game to look like an NYPD Highway Patrol Officer, I know the boot texture is not perfect but i tried my best... You can use Spark IV or OpenIV to replace m_y_cop_traffic.wdd, m_y_cop_traffic.wtd, m_y_cop_traffic.wdd into componentpeds. You will need Simple native trainer to change your uniform.
