Hello.. i always drive around at night in GTA IV.. and under you car is an ugly 64x64 texture that looks dark and pixelated, so i came up with this.. i enhanced the textures up to 1024x1024 for both bikes and cars!
To install, simple copy the lights_occluders.wtd to your [drive]:Program FilesRockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IVpctextures folder (Also works with EFLC) and your done. (!DO NOT FORGET TO BACKUP!)
it works with every version of gta iv.. prepatch all the way to 1.0.7.0
