That's my own Weaponinfo.xml with reallistic damage values for weapons. Updated on 15/3/2015, removing the fire effects from the other version to avoid some "bugs", and removing too some effects on weapons which weren't the own weapon effect (avoiding bugs too). Despite of the high damage values, some weapons have less max ammo capacity, Glock handgun's got 12 bullets per mag, and sniper rifles don't aim on first person. Just download the file, rename to "WeaponInfo.xml" And place on your /common/data folder, in your GTAIV game directory.
