Hello, This is my first mod. I decided to get into retexturing things in GTA IV and I wanted to make something bigger than my retextures... So while I roamed around in GTA IV I was bored and kinda annoyed with the cop sounds... So I thought about it.. What would be a cool mod? So then I decided to come up With this. Description: This mod replaces most (but not all since its a beta, I have not totally replaced the voices yet) of the cops and noose peds speech voices into the Combine's Voice like in HL2. Installation: It's very simple actually, All you need is: OpenIV - Version 2.8 (http://openiv.com/webiv/guest.php?get=0) Or SparkIV - Version 0.6.6 (http://www.gtainside.com/en/gta4/tools/28310-sparkiv-0-6-6-iv-eflc/) And a backup of the whole game and the files you are replacing. When you open either one of the applications listed above you are supposed to navigate to this ( Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\pc\audio\Sfx\speech.rpf\SPEECH ) In Open IV Click Edit Mode and the just drag and drop all the files into the game. Then Go to Files on the top left corner and select defragment. This may take a while, once you have done it you can exit OpenIV and enjoy the mod. In SparkIV Navigate you way to the speech.rpf file and open it and select SPEECH after doing so. Then find the files that should be replaced and import them. Uninstallation: Just do the same thing as the installation replacing mine with the originals.
