Full-out army outpost!
Also includes an oil rig made by Raresh
-----------INSTALLATION-----------
1.put the docks folder into your GTA VICE CITY\data\map folder and replace the original.
2.open up limit adjuster(in the .rar file) and select gta-vc.exe
3.change streaming memory to around 105,buildings to approx. 10000, and dummy to approx. 10000.
