Description
This is a release specifically intended for _Mr_K's_ fabulous "arctic_truckV1.0" (included) for GTA Vice City. For those of you fortunate enough to have already made the acquaintance, you know that it needs somewhere to play that fits its abilities. Maybe, a Hillclimb? Ya. So here it is. Version 1.0. Further enhancements are very likely, and also very possibly additional phases. ***NOTE - This thing is STEEP! It may not even be do-able, let alone FUN, without the Arctic Truck.
