With thinking for like 2 days why the heck main colour isn't colourable, I figured out the taxi_sign texture made all the mess. I remade this car like 3 times. I hate myself, kill me. Otherwise, I kept one exhaust for those who don't want to have such a tuned one, yet still secondary exhaust can be added as extra 5. Exhausts have been taken from my Police-Cruiser mod: http://www.gta4-mods.com/vehicles/police-cruiser-v2-non-els-f26225/ Tested and it's safe from crashing others in multiplayer mode.
