This is V3 OF my CITY TIME graghics mod. just replace the timecycle :). settings. have your in game contrast at max. and turn up the saturation level for your comfort level :). if you have a graghics card, go to your settings and adjust the colors for your comfort level :). I use Nvidia gt 220, I just ajusted my contrast to 100%. The in game graghics are amazing. Fraps wont let me take what I see in game :). I'll have to use a camera or cell phone to take a pic of my in game :). Hope you all enjoy :).
