Description
Just a skin! You will need a ELS enabled CVPI from gtapolicemods.com for this to work! Installing: Open vehicles.img with sparkIV find police.wtd (Texture file) click edit, then go down to CVPI sign 1 and then click import texture. Click Save and Close then Save then Rebuild! Have fun!
