Description
This is a pedestrian reskin. Being as such, since I can't edit the head mesh or anything, it's not 100% accurate. I've included everything you need to know in the readme, including installation and how to play as him.
Includes some nice bumpmaps I spent most of the time on. Works with GTA IV, TBoGT and TLaD.
I'm fine if anybody wants to edit this, fix it up, use it in any movies/projects/mods, etc. as long as you don't just reupload this somewhere else and claim it's yours.
