It's the same like my Bike Tire Mod: http://www.gta4-mods.com/textures/bike-tire-mod--new-tire-textures-f28202 Normally you can't use different tire textures at the same moment. If you change the tire texture in the venshare, all cars have same texture. Now I edited the wtd files of all gtaIV cars (except for them with a white sidewall) and added the tyrewallblack texture to every wtd. So now you can use different tire textures for the cars at the same moment
