This mod creates a probability to shut down your cars engine when it is damaged enough, I mean when the black and white smoke comes together. When it is damaged enough, it creates a probability that is equal 50%, if your car hasn't shut down, then it has a 20% probability to shut down when you are riding. When your car's engine is shut off, you will need to keep pressing UP and DOWN to start it again, like in GTA IV. You have a 25% probability to start it again from the first try. If you enter such damaged car, it has 50% probability again, and everything repeats. Good luch & Have fun.
