This is a very little mod ,basically it changes the light of "molotov explosion" into blue light,a little bit
like in real life when you start up fire.THE FLAMEs DOESN'T BURN/LOOK BLUE!(That's what a lot of people
wanted to edit but it seemed impossible for now since the textures are in gta_core.wpfl)
*Installision:
!!BACK UP FIRST!! (a)Just place explosionFx into Grand Theft Auto IVcommondataeffects and overwrite it.
*No known bugs :)
