Description
These cloud textures were extracted from Max Payne 3, and I think they looked rather nice.
Place "skydome.wtd" in GTAIV/pc/textures.
There were no ENB's used in these screenshots, but the timecyc I used was: http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=10080
