open : C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\common\data
look for the handling.txt open it, save the original copies somewhere and replace them with
the ones in the folder. close everything and turn on game u will notice the difference
immediately
Word of warning.. take it easy with them.. there like wild children they dont know
how to hold back.

Do not attempt this handling on other vehicles i have noticed increased problems
with other vehicle uses. these two are the only two i can verify it works good with!!
